battery issolator installation

I want to install two batteries in my 2011 Honda CR-V. The instructions for the isolator say to connect the "ignition wire" to the small post on the issolator. I don't know which of the wires that are near the starter battery is the "ignition" wire. How can I know with wire to attach as the ignition wire?

Get a test light,Use a wire that has key on power.
