Default Break issues need advice

So I ran two new lines to the back and found out at the break line "hub" at least that's what I'm calling it, I searched for what Honda calls it and didn't find anything. Anyways one of the ports is blocked and no fluid will come out. So car is opperating on 75 percent of its brakes. What should I do, and what's the hub called?

I think you're talking about either the ABS actuator "box" (if ABS) or the proportioning valve if non-ABS.

So I found a picture offline. The car didnt have any rear breaks when i got it. So i cut the two rear lines and re ran them, the one port is blocked or something. I supose these go out. Or did o do something wrong?

Well the reason im thinking what i am about the proportioning valve is because i wasnt getting any fluid at the bleeder on rear passenger side. So then i took off the same line on p-valve and nothing there either.

When unusual problems like stopped up or stuck valves occur, one should strongly consider that the system may be contaminated with a substance other than brake fluid. Any oil-based liquid will cause all the rubber parts to swell and become unusable.

Yea i definitely can tell a dumbass worked on this car and he calls himself a mechanic. So im just going to wing it. Anyone have any thoughts on the idea of me putting on a "t" fitting off of master to get pressure to back wheel cylinder? Please remember that this is what we in Wisconsin call a winter beater. If this thing lasts a year ill be happy. Im driving it to not put miles on my good van. If i had a garage id replace that proportioning valve in a heart beat.
