Post Near supercar performance using a B-Series Engine

Hello, ive been planning on building an eg hatch, i want to build a B-Series engine but haven't picked what engine exactly.
My goal is to achieve a near supercar acceleration, a 0-100km/hr in 3 seconds car. So i need your opinions on what internals and mods i would need.
Like tranny, sleeving, bores, forged pistons, injectors etc.
Im new to this building of honda engines. So any opinions regarding this thread would be a lot of help to me.
I limited my options on these.
- B-Series Engine (Bec, K-Series engines in my country is sooo OP)
- Turbocharged
Thanks!

Realistically? No. If you fall on some serious sponsorships? Maybe. If you're extremely talented with fabrication, and can do all the work yourself? Still... just a maybe.

You're going to need slicks plus Boost by gear or AWD, to pull that kind of 0-60...

Unless you have the fab skills to do an AWD conversion this isn't going to happen without much, much deeper pockets than $12K. And even if you did your own AWD conversion successfully the overall cost of the car would likely still be pretty high, and you'd be at risk of blowing rear diffs and transfer cases.

Call Speedfactory Racing in Tacoma WA, and don't be shocked when they tell you $50,000+
