I've been having trouble with the door not opening watch videos and every one of them told me to take the paneling off problem being I can't remove the door panel unless I open the door and it won't open I'm getting frustrated and the rod that they keep saying to take and pull on that's a goner also it just moves is not connect on the other end and still can't get the door open any suggestions

 

What year and model?

Does the door open with the outer handle?
