Car stays on netural but when let foot off clutch on netural it dies
Could be related to the cruise control system and the clutch safety switch. A malfunction of the cruise control computer unit or the clutch safety switch could cut the ignition. Other possibilities are in the engine control system such as a failed sensor that when the very light load of the transmission in neutral is applied, causes the engine to stall. Try starting the car in neutral with the clutch safety switch unplugged, if you even can get it to start, I forget which way the switch works... see if it changes anything. Also try turning the master cruise control power switch on and off and see if that makes a difference.
