So I have a turbo ep3 with 147,000 miles and i was wondering what’s the best oil to use. I’ve use mobile 1 but people tell me it’s crap. One of my fiends says to
use rottela t6 5w40 but not too convinced.

 

There is no ONE oil that works with both a turbo car, and one with high mileage. It's the properties of the oil you need for your aging EP3. (High ZDDP Zinc content, proper weight,high threshold for thermal break down, etc. )

The fuel you're using also makes a difference. Using E85 (or higher alcohol content fields) requires a bit different need than those on petrol-based fuel.
