have you had any work done prior to this ? have you hit any curbs ? is it only when you just tap the brakes or after the car has started swaying ? where does it appear the grinding it coming from ?

I had the rear brakes done on them thinking that was the problem. And the sound does happen when I only tap or lightly push on the brakes. And the noise seems to be coming from the back.
