The fuel and temperature gauge on my 2002 Odyssey have begun to malfunction. This is an intermittent problem. When it happens, the fuel gauge drifts toward empty and the temperature gauge goes up at the same time. The temperature gauge can go full "red" and then will return to normal. The fuel gauge will also return to an accurate reading.

This implies that there is a common voltage or ground problem. The issue does not affect any other gauges or lights on the panel.

I see evidence that other Odysseys have seen this problem.

Has anyone corrected this problem and what was done to correct the problem?
