Please help, my tail, dash, running, and interior lights all don't work
Ok so here it goes... I have a 2001 Honda Accord ex v6 and something electrical has gone horribly wrong and my dash lights, tail lights, running lights, interior lights, cruise control, radio, and cig lighter are not working at all. It all started when I had an after market radio installed, the guy who did it ended up having to jump a wire behind the steering wheel because something he had done caused the dash lights to go out.
Now fast forward to 3 years later...the dash lights were going in and out like there was a short. Then I went to replace some other fuses and wasn't aware the car was on, touched it with my screw driver and got a spark! Then that's when I realized everything I had mentioned before wasn't working. On the passenger side fuse box, it seems as though numbers 12,11,10,9,and 8 are all of the things that aren't working on the car. Fuses are fine. All fuses on drivers side are fine and under the hood. Please help! This has made life quite difficult and at this point my car is damn near undrivable. Well at night anyway. I appreciate any ideas

Under-hood Fuse No. 54 (40A) may be blown.
It is a cartridge style fuse.
