Troubeshooting: db2 turbocharged integra fuel cuts at 1psi
SO over the last 2 months I've been installing a turbo in my car, been issue after issue. I have a t3/t4 setup, aem wide band, boost gauge etc..
I have a buddy of mine tuning the car as there are no tuners in my area. he tunes all of his own vehicles and does a good job from what I can tell.
we've been slowly. tuning my car off and on over the last couple weeks.
im running:
b17a with arp head studs, rod bolts, supertec valve train, type r cams and cam gears.
t3/t4 turbo, bottom mount, no intercooler as of yet, just charge piping. eBay wg and bov.
aem wideband
p28 chipped n socketed ecu.
tuning with Neptune and Crome.
so my issue Is when I hit 1psi I get and ign./fuel cut regardless of rpms. seems to achieve boost in 1st gear but no other gear. when it fuel cuts my Wideband reads somewhere in the 14:1 to 14.7:1
ratio range.
btw. ran perfect the day before when we tuned the vtec fuel map, parked it and when to drive it the next day and thats when my problem started.
any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance. and sorry if the post is lack luster, its my first post.

EBay turbo? T3/t4 is not very descriptive hundreds of turbos fall into that category.
Tunning without intercooler interesting. trash the eBay parts and get an intercooler ffs
it' a tunning issue tho gotta find out what's triggering the cut check your logs. Afr sounds way off should not be anywhere near 14 while boosting

a/r .48 50 trim. the specs of the turbo don't affect the symptoms so that is moot. its just a cheap Chinese turbo, works great, no shaft play, fins aren't scraping the housing, turbo is doing its job. my problem is either fuel or ignition cut.
I don't have a datalog on it yet so I don't know which yet. my tuner says fuel pump even tho I have a walbro 255lph already, I ordered a new one based on his opinion. I'm still not certain that is the problem tho.

I have an intercooler, I don't have enough proper piping yet tho. thats why I'm just running charge pipe. I should be fine at the low boost I'm running still. once I get my issue straightened out ill be tuning to 10lbs at which time ill have new intercooler piping and an intercooler installed.
14 is too lean right? my tuner says its leaning out at boost hense the fuel cut. but does this all sound correct? is it normal for a fuel pump when going out to work fine one day then the next only cut on boost? id think it would be running like sh** if the pump were going all the time and not
