which throttle cable and heater hoses? 2000 B16a2 into a 96 civic.
like thet topic says! do i have to use Si throttle cable and Si heater hoses. For 2000 B16a2 into 96 civic EX. Thanks.
You can use the stock throttle cable, just need to mount the bracket on the intake manifold to hold it in place.
as for the heater hoses, i believe you should be able to use the stock hoses, if not, get 99-00 Si heater hoses and they will align exactly the same.

yeah, u can make a pracket, its easy, and u need to use the 99-00 Si radiator hoses, and u should also use a dual core SI radiator also, otherwise your hoses may mushroom after a while, but thats just me, i always change em after a swap. good luck
Ya i got the SI radiator hoses but i was talking about the heater hoses? Are the sohc ones long enough or do i have to use the Si ones? What throttle cable did you use in your 97 coupe?
i think the heater hoses are fine, i dont recall changing em, im 95% sure there fine, and as for the throttle cable i used in my 97, i used the stock one and used a homemade bracket (just an extension plate), if u need any more details, hit me up, good luck
I used the 99-00 Si cable, and the SI cable bracket that mounts to the shock tower for my swap (I got all that stuff with my swap though). For the price of a cable, it is worth getting the right one. I think I used the Si heater hoses. The hook up to the heater valve was a little weird though because the firewall changed in 99, so I had to bend the valve bracket a little to keep the hoses from rubbing the heater valve linkage. Definitely use the Si radiator and hoses. Good luck.
