what up guys new to this and new to performing swaps. I got a good deal on a d16z6 block and head that I’m going to install on a 00 civic dx with a d16y7 engine. I’m going to use my dx wire harness and manually wire in VTEC with p28 ecu. I’m also going to use the y7 intake manifold and y7 exhaust manifold onto the z6. I was wondering if I use both y7 manifolds will it damage the engine in any way and is it safe to run y7 manifolds on this block? I only want the car to commute for work, not interested in boosting or anything else.
