im looking to part together a good motor to boost. right now i have a stock *** dx, lol. but i do have a d16z6 head port and polish job on it and i just purchased a d16y8 intake manifold. so i was wonderin if it matters whether i get the z6 block or keep the b7

z6/b7 mini me will be straight for boost, just make sure your static compression isnt too high, cuz i dont know offhand what it comes out to be for that setup.

if u have time and loot, throw some forged pistons/rods in the b7 and then put the z6 head on. should be capable of 300ish whp, with the sleeves becoming the limiting factor i believe
