The seats in my 2005 Civic aren't very comfortable, so I am thinking about upgrading the front seats because of back issues. My question is what kind of seats would I need to get to upgrade the factory ones? A friend said that seats from a 2003-2007 Accord would fit. Is he right? If not, what other OEM seats would fit? Thanks.

 

The 03-07 Accord seats won't fit without heavy modifications.
