Default CRX SI Questions

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and pretty new to the honda world but I have an 88 crx si that I had a few questions about. I have many dreams and aspirations for this car and I know with having no power steering, parking lot turns and slow corners aren't going to be the quietest in a 30 year old car. But, everytime i turn the wheel, even a little, it makes noise like it's on a bad bushing. Low and behold i found a few bushings that need replaced and I want to just replace the whole assembly but I can't for the life of me find the replacements? Is the bushing and part that I'm talking about not the front lower control arm? If it isn't would someone point me in the right direction of what the parts called. I've found a lot of rear lower control arms but not front. Thanks guys, and I hope this post doesn't get people too salty on my first day!

I have no doubt that you probably need to replace your bushings, but likely if you are hearing noises when turning the steering wheel, your balljoints (upper, lower, and tie rods) are what's making noises.

It should be expected to replace them all.

bushings aren't typically sold separately. It's better to get a whole new arm with the bushings already pressed in. Same with the upper balljoint and control arm.

Do not buy polyurethane. They are not better.

And almost certainly your steering rack END BUSHING needs to be replaced and doing so is 80% of rebuilding a manual steering rack. It's just a $11 piece of plastic.
