my brakes acting wierd

my brakes slowly apply themselves as im driving without applying them. they dont fully lock up but they get really hot. i have new calipers and are bled. any ideas?

how do you know they are heating up ?

Actually brakes suppose to be hot. You can try to roll to a stop on an empty road (still dangerous!) but even then your front rotors will be quite warm.
