I bought 2009 honda dx sedan 8 years ago and only has 60,000 on it cause I drove a company van and never drove except on days off.I also have a 2006 honda ex silver loaded.which was inherited and it just turned 100k .I am proud to own a Honda because they are fun to drive and inexpensive to maintain like 40mpg hwy.Only problems with.2009 was A/C freon slow leak and outer tie rods.The 2006 civic had rear upper control arms changed because design from factory was too short and tires had negative camber/ tires rode on inner tread because.tires bowed out at the bottom and tires were worn out after 5000 miles so had to buy 2 tires also.That is really only major problem I've had so I'm happy to be a Honda owner.I would like a.little more horsepower but the Si and Type R.are both manual and I have knee problems.But maybe Honda will get with the program and make one like VW type R / GTI both have automatics over 200 & 300hp.I even considered.getting a turbo kit but.mine is an automatic and it just seemed like too much money to spend and nobody really knew for certain how well an auto tranny would last so I didn 't want to chance it.I'd rather wait and get a factory set -up with the turbo when I find what I'm looking for.
