Default tire balding

New 2016 Honda CR-V drove only 10,000 miles my car was hydroplaning, took it to the dealer. They told me they never seen this kind of problem for new tires, my rear tires thread completely balding. Now my car at dealership they are investigating the problem. Does any one faced this problem for new CR-V

Default Re: tire balding

My '08 Element ran 35k on OEM tires. And they were heavily worn on inner edge. Steel cable was showing. It would have been nearly
UnControlable in wet / rainy conditions.

Sounds like you'e got a SEVERE alignment issue. I would have FIRST taken it to an alignment shop and gotten a printout of where it is right NOW.
That way nobody can blow smoke up your skirt 'cause you KNOW what it reads. The alignment shop would have also noted worn / bent anything.

Is it 'even' wear, or an inside or outside 'edge'? How was vehicle tracking? Pull to side? Jerky steering wheel? Brake pull to side?

They are going to tell you that you banged it on a curb / rut / ditch and they are NOT liable. I'll bet you 20 Pesos on THAT outcome.

My 2nd set of tires? Perfectly even wear, and rotated at 5k intervals. Just like the book says. I just swapped 'em out a few hundred short of 40k since we are approaching
the rainy season and the Sale was simply too good to pass up.
Ask 'em to show you bent rim or bent ANYTHING that you could have caused without really messing up the vehicle.
