So, my engine stopped while I was driving. Now, when I try to start it, the start engine turns, but I dont think its getting any fuel. As the first hits on google said, I checked the main fuel relay, and the board looked burnt, I tried to solder it but no luck. Ordered a new (used one) from a local dealer, but I'm not sure if this one works either.

Is there a way to check if the fuel pump is getting voltage?
This is what the top of the fuel tank looks like


And there are three wires going in (or out) but I think these wires are only for sending how much fuel there are, if I'm correct?
