Default Suggestions needed: what parts are necessary for a 190whp LSVTEC

ok im swapping in a lsv in my em1 shell. I currently have a b18b1 block with p72 pistons with b16a head, not sure of how high compression ratio is if someone wants to point that out for me. and wanna see around how much hp will I go with this setup tuned, reason for is im trying to atleast make 190hp pretty much street car and reliable. Don't really wanna go boost since im counting on more reliability.

GSR pistons will get you around 10.5:1 compression with that setup, assuming you are using the B18b1 crank and rods. Also depends on how much the head/block might have been milled. You maaaay be able to get 190 out of it with decent cams and supporting bolt ons, but I'd say you're probably going to be in the 170-180 whp range.

With itr cams you'll get 180-190whp
gsr cams 175-185
b16 cams 175 area
skunk2 tuner1 probably 190-200
skunk2 tuner2 probably 195-210

Just go with a b20 block, vtec head and like a decent-sized camshaft. even type r cams will do ok.
