CT 1992 Prelude with H22 Swap

1992 Prelude with H22 Swap
1992 Honda Prelude Si for sale. Low mileage VTEC H22A1 swapped in 2002. Engine has about 80K, Body has 174K.
Recent work:
Fresh brakes all around
New struts
New Timing belt
New oil pan and gasket
JDM Integra Type R wheels
The bad:
No AC
Clear coat has peeled off top of the car, paint is not good
ABS Pump is bad so I disabled the computer (no lights on dash, no ABS)
I have extensive maintenance paperwork going back for the last 20 years. Lots of new parts in that time.
Disclaimer: This is a 1992 Honda. It squeaks, makes noises over bumps, every rubber bushing is tired. It has no AC, do not buy this for your wife.
