If I'm not missing something, this should start up and run fine on a stock b16 tune. Of course it will need changes to the fuel and ignition tables to run optimally, but for getting it to a tuner it should work...

Usually a basemap is only adjusting for different injectors, map sensor, fuel type or pressure but that's it until you start tuning. You didnt mention any of those variables.

You could pull a degree out of the WOT line (the two highest load columns) for a little extra safety during break in, but otherwise I agree with the other guys. Just run a stock B16 map.

what about messing with fuel tools and adjusting the multiplier up a little also i messed with the iacv idle settings bumped up the lowest rpm by 25 because of a lightened flywheel and n1 crank pulley

That should be plenty of timing to get you to your tuner safely.
