ECU help

Running a JDM ECU in my 2000 teggy GS-R, can't communicate through OBD 2 port. Is there a way, or do I need to swap out to USDM ECU?

JDM ecus use a different communication protocol then US ecus. Here are some links to scan tools that will work with your JDM ecu:
