EF Sedan Harness Bar and 5 point Harness Install
Hey I added some videos on YouTube installing the Harness Bar and 5 point harness install in my EF Sedan Vtec Club Car.
Hope it helps you to decide to do it or help you to know whats to come.

I'm not sure how true it is, but I've heard a looooot of negative things about harness bars - especially when the harness is mounted to it. People say if you're gonna use them, use them as a guide and anchor the belt to the floor at an angle. I was going to use one in my hatchback but I think I'm opting for a roll cage instead just because of how sketchy they are, you should check out this thread:

I thought these died 15 years ago with most of the people who wrecked a car that had one.
Props on the effort, diy, video, etc, but safety comes in a system. I don't think any sanctioning body on the planet requires a harness without also requiring a cage, there are reasons.
If the bar breaks or tears from the pillars, it stops holding you in, and adds a projectile, actually 2, 3 if you had a passenger.
If it bends back, or down (roof buckles, pulls pillars in) or your seat goes forward (floor bends, mounts tear), say goodbye to your collar bone, and your nads.
Lean on an EF, note the flex, now consider a rollover.
They used to sell them in the Summit Sport Compact catalog (cir.2001 +/-) <$100 they were shiny they had harnesses <$50 in bright colors.
