A Girl and Her Fit
Hello. Im new to this site. I joined so I can better the life and longevity of my car.
I own a 2013 Honda Fit, White base model, 1.5 liter VTEC engine automatic transmission. She has 31,xxx miles on her, bought brand new in July of 2014 at my local Honda dealership with 32 miles on her from test drives. This is my first car.
Since I've had her, I've pulled out the stock radio and put in a double din Pioneer touchscreen radio (non-nav). I now have a job in Ocean City and live 28 miles away, so she's now going to start getting serious miles on her. The MPG is great, I do use my cruise control. Just today I clocked 267 miles on a half tank (about 5.3 gallons). I was happy to do the math and see I averaged about 50.3 miles per gallon. It's about $100 in gas a month. I'm hoping to maybe swap out my hub caps for white wheels as well as a new sound system and such. I'll have to find the proper threads for questions but I'm really happy I found this site!!
