Buy a regular stock DelSol for $1,500 then take that money that you plan to **** away on modifications and put it into a Roth IRA, mutual fund, college fund, or other investment. When all said and done most people that spend thousands to tens-of-thousands of dollars modding their cars recover half (at best) of what they spend on it when they sell it. You're 15 years old dude..the training wheels haven't even come off yet and you want a car you're most likely not capable of handling.

Do you have a job or are your parent(s) rich? In reality, money doesn't buy knowledge. Need to get that first before you start throwing money into a car.

Start by learning how to troubleshoot and repair cars that are in stock condition. Then you will have much better results modifying one.

Like Megalodong said, modified cars have little resale value. Never buy a car that has already been modified, you'll be buying someone else's troubles.
