91 accord sometimes wont restart after setting for a few mins.
After running for a short while, or short distance the car won’t restart. It turns over, momentarily starts (1sec) then peeters out. Then it can take up to 15 mins to get it to start again. I wait until the check engine light extinguishes then try it. Sometimes when the light extinguishes I don't hear the click. No codes registered.
turn the key to on without starting the car and immediately turn it off, using a ratchet and a 17mm socket, unscrew the bolt on top of the fuel rail where the line from the fuel filter comes in and see if fuel sprays out while having a rag around the bolt to help catch fuel
You mentioned the Check Engine Light staying on. As stated in this link, the Check Engine Light should go on then off, if it stays on or stays off then the there won't be any spark on most models.

One of the possible cause is a bad main relay.

Found the fix to my own problem.....it was merely a bad vacuum hose end....I cut 1/2 inch off of the end and use a tie-wrap to secure on connector....drove it now for two weeks without problem reoccurring.
