I have a 97 Honda Civic coupe with a b15b7 with no spark I have tried everything tested my whole ignition system swapped distributor ecu main relay off an identical car that was running and driving I have power Al the way to the coil at 12 volts but nuthin from cap to plug wires when I crank the car over changed out cap rotor button I can't figure it out

 

Does the distributor rotate when you crank? Does the check engine light cycle on then off (ECU boot up and bulb test) when you turn key on but don't crank?
