First, please stop double posting. Second, stop panicking and take a deep breath. Logical thinking goes out the window when you are upset. Logically, why you would think that an ECU programmed for a 1.8L engine would run a 2.0L engine PERFECTLY seems a bit presumptive. There are MANY possible issues... I assume that you have used a LS style intake manifold, just so it will clear the hood. The next question would be did you install a pair of LS camshafts into the engine ??? What throttle body are you using ??? Do you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator ??? If so, I suggest you increase the idle static (vacuum line disconnected) fuel pressure up to 50 psi and then see what happens.

Also, assuming that you did the compression test correctly... values of 139 suggest the engine is damaged and you cannot expect it to run optimally. The MINIMUM compression required is 135 for cylinder combustion... a healthy B18/B20 will read around 180.

Im sorry bout the double post! Just wanna figure this out I have not installed any ls cams and the ls ecu is supposedly run the engine fine lean it out a little but I'm gonna get a base map for it but wanna fix the idle problem first and I'm using a lot fuel rail throttle body injectors and regulator and I pulled vac line off regulator and it didn't change are you thinking the head gasket is bad? But there's no antifreeze in oil or milky antifreeze no signs to indicate bad head gasket

Dammit dude..didn't Dong tell you about taking a breath when you write on another site?..lol. Use f'ing periods, commas and sentence breaks so we can read your **** easily and coherently.
Dong told you all this..yet you disregard: https://www.civicforums.com/forums/1...ease-help.html
Dong speaks in third person when Dong is worked-up. So please forgive Dong for being a dong..lol.
Your engine doesn't care if you want to spend money on a basemap..it just wants to run + whatever that takes (possibly a basemap ECU?)
Since you've thrown a shitload of parts at it you might as well add a Denso (part# 234-4099) primary o2 sensor to it and see if that cures it. Walmart has one via online purchase for $30 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Denso-Oxy...-4099/34185971
