I have a 2000 EX and I'm pondering buying some used HX wheels to put on just because I think steel wheels are ugly and the hubcaps are cracked anyway. Do they take the same tires and have the same bolt pattern as the stock steel wheels?

Alternately: Are there any other light alloy wheels out there that I could put on? It seems like people don't really make them in that small of a diameter.

 

Yes they will as long as they're 14 inch which they should be. Hx wheels are pretty light you'll be fine.
