hi I’m hoping to have a private conversation with someone who could talk to me about my immobilizer. I need to reset things. I do not have a car to drive.

 

you can get the brake code from the dealer to help you drive down to them so they can reprogram your keys

 

yea but they are trying to charge me about 100$. They told me I need the car there. I tried just getting the key reprogrammed. And they told me I need the car there too. I was hoping to just talk to someone who knows the code or procedure to getting it out of immobilized mode.

 

It has to be hooked up to the HDS at the dealer. There is no cheap work around, you'll need to tow it to the dealer.

 

ok. I went by again today and asked about it and talked with one of the mechanics. And you’re right about how it has to be hooked up to the HDS. Thanks anyways everyone....
