Default Troubleshooting: Lean Idle Issue

So recently I came across a very lean idle reading nothing on the wideband. Replaced the wideband and the wideband o2 sensor thinking that was the case but am having the same symptoms. I also checked for any vacuum leaks, and exhaust leaks before the 02 sensor and everything looks good. Could it be that the primary o2 sensor has gone bad? Any advice and help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you plug a laptop in and see what the readings are there?

What ECU/Tuning setup are you using?

I’m using s300 but when I plug it in I’m locked out of the tune due to the previous tuner
