I have a 2003 honda crv base model i just purchased. As i was getting it ready for inspection i found the brake lights, the horn, the radio, the door locks, the dome light, and the dlc have no power. I ran a new ground wire from the battery to under the steering column bolt. still nothing also i get no chimes with the key in? any help?

 

All of that is in a few positions in the under dash driver's side fuse box, it might be worth a look to inspect those fuses. There is a basic printout of the fuse layout on the back of the piece you remove to gain access.
