Default 1998 civic dx hatch rear disc conversion

hey, I am new to the forums and the Honda game. I just got a 1998 Honda Civic dx hatch and I'm upgrading all the suspension and brakes. I'm down to the brakes and I want to do a rear disc conversion using the scarebird brackets. I know I need integra calipers/caliper brackets, pads and rotors. I have searched and searched for hours but I can't find my answer anywhere...
do I use my stock e brake cables or integra e brake cables
do I use integra brake lines or what
what is a prop valve and do I need to change mine? If yes, then what do I use?
Any help will be appreciated! As well as links.

You will need Integra or '99 - '00 Civic Si brake lines and parking brake cables. You don't need to change the prop valve. '99 - '00 Si and '96 - '00 hatchbacks along with DX/HX coupe all share the same prop valve.

If you're doing this for improved braking don't expect to see a difference. You'll get a lot more out of swapping to Civic EX/Si front knuckles and Integra calipers and master cylinder than you will from swapping to rear discs.

Okay thanks! I'm just doing it for the looks. I figured since my drums are all rusty I might as well do the conversion
