Default 98 honda civic with b16 swap

So I posted this issue about a year ago and still have yet to figure it out, so what I have goin on is my 98 civic lx hiccups while driving only after it has warmed up and while doing so the main relay clicks and the check engine light goes out and than back on quickly and car runs normal again, I had a gsr swap in there that ran with no issues and after doing the swap to the b16 it started given me this issue and I cant seem to figure it out to save my life nor anybody else I have explained this problem to.... the engine is mechanically fine so i know its a 100% an electrical issue problem is tryin to figure out whats causing the issue, Ive checked and cleaned grounds and added grounds just to rule out a grounding issue, I ve changed the ecu, the distributor, the main harness, the iac valve, disconnected the alarm, tried just about everything I can think of and still nothin so anybody with any good advice would be greatly appreciated cuz this issue is driving me F@#$&%@ NUTS

Sounds like electrical. Losing power brieftly then resume. Check all your wires and ground. Check the main relay for cracks.

Could be the ignition switch dropping out. Or the ECU itself.

Start it up and bang on the igniton switch, fuse boxes, ECU, etc.

-main engine harness
-dizzy
- checked grounds about 100x lol and added grounds just be 110% sure
