Icon5 HVAC PROBLEM

Hey guys, I have a 2010 Honda Civic. 81k miles. The problem is that when I'm at idle the air warms up to about 70+. When I start driving it cools back down. I took the car in for a quick diagnosis and they come with the compressor being bad. So I bought a new compressor and installed it. Still same problem. hooked up my gauges and my suction pressure was higher than it should be and my head pressure was lower than it should be. My first thought was restriction. I went ahead and replaced the condenser(which had a new drier with it) and still the same problem. I also blew out the lines I could get to with nitrogen just to make sure nothing was lodged in the lines. Next I replaced the expansion valve and it seemed to do better somewhat. Car got down to 67 degrees out of the vents and wouldent get any lower. My pressures were 42/150. It seems like a have a restriction somewhere. Let me know you're thoughts! This things got me stumped. Side note; yes rad fans do work and we're running and compressor was engaged. I'm a commercial hvac tech so I vacuumed the system down and weighed back in the factory charge. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for you're reply homlesnmanny. I don't think I have a leak though. I leak tested the entire system with my leak detector.(electronic leak detector)
