I have a 98 honda civic ex. Over the summer we went on a day trip and it started over heating so replaced. Temp, o2,sensor and vtech solenoid. No check engin light at that point every came on and the problem seem to go away.. About 6 months later pulling into grocery store it stalled and the check engin light began to blink fast. Let it sit drove it home did a code reader with the code p0302 misfire in cylinder 2. Changed the spark plugs and wires seem to be fine a few months go by and it starts stalling almost everytime its driven. Then it stalles and wont start one day and a honda mechanic just happen to be driving by and said it was a bad cat. It smelt so bad but this was the first time it ever smelt that way. Took ot to a shop and it was a bad cat but after getting it the stalling still persist and it happens driving down the road or coming to a stop. Please help im drowning putting money in it. It has 180k
