My first car (95 Honda Civic) has had a lot of problems, and I'm super close to finally fixing her! I'm excited, and want to celebrate finishing with some kind of cosmetic thing to remind myself of my victory over this machine. For example, I thought I could put a new shift **** on, or a spoiler on the back, or something like that. What have you guys done just as a small reminder to yourself that your car is truly yours?

 

I usually take a road trip, when I complete a repair milestone on a vehicle.

 

Road trip is #1 on my list to or a nice drive.

Or something that's going to make the car more comfortable.

 

Drive it around and marvel at how well it runs.

 

wait... does any one ever really finishing fixing/building a car.

If you're looking for something cosmetic, nothing changes the look of a car more than a set of nice wheels.
