Reinstalling heater hoses after they were bypassed
Previous owner bypassed the heater core when swapping the b18 into my crx. I would like to hook it up again.
I see two hose loops on that side of the engine that could possibly hook up to it, and the two ports on the firewall. Does anyone have pics or diagrams for where the hoses are supposed to attach to?
How likely is it that my heater core is going to leak after years of not being used? I'm guessing I should flush it out since the ports weren't capped, but not really sure how to do so.
Any help or input is appreciated.

Someone did that to my girlfriend's car. We got it back to how it should have been, and found out the core leaked like a **** in the interior, which resulted in having to get new carpet =(.
That's kind of what I was thinking.... why would anyone bypass the heater core in the first place unless it was already leaking? Especially in MN.
I think what I might do is try running some water through it from the garden hose to check for leaks first, and put a pan or something to catch the leaks in the interior.

If it was anything like our EK, it will come out on passenger floorboard. Worse case scenario, take the damn dash out and replace the core, and hook it all up right =D.
