Default Help diagnosing an odd sound.

Hello. I have a boosted GSR Swapped 95 Civic Sedan that makes a mechanical clunking sound when there is a load on the motor AND downforce is applied to the suspension, ie starting to climb a hill or taking a sharp turn. I'm thinking it could be 1 or both drive axles, but it only does it under conditions outlined above. If I coast up the incline and apply gas after the suspension has settled out it doesn't make a sound.

Other factors to consider:
I drove on a failed driver's side wheel bearing for about 8 months last year. I have Hasport solid motor mounts and the car vibrates like a bitch so it took me a while to diagnose the harmonics the wheel bearing was causing. I replaced the wheel bearings and the harmonics went away. Now I have the issue above. I don't know if the harmonics from the wheel bearing could travel through the half-shaft and into the transmission and **** anything up. The transmission is a Y80 Hydro with a Quaife LSD and the axles are Drive Shaft Shop rated for 500hp. The build has about 20k miles on it, with the axles having about 7k on them.

I'm basically wondering if I need to go ahead and replace the axles or pull the oil pan and look for something internal. I run Rotella T6 5w 40 and change the oil every season. I have not seen any copper shavings in the pan nor on the magnetic drain plug and I cut the filter to examine the veins and see no metal shavings.

Let me know if anyone needs more info. Thanks for your time and suggestions.
