Default 96 Honda Del Sol H22A4 Swapped: Transmission help

So I have a pretty clean 96 del sol that is h22 swapped that I bought really recently probably about 2-3 weeks ago. Swap was from a Prelude SH and the transmission is a M2U4. Recently about 2 days ago, my friend who was driving it went from 1st to 2nd to 3rd and missed 4th and threw it into reverse. I freaked out and told him to pull over and went to try to put the car in gear to move because it immediately felt like it was in neutral all of a sudden. Unfortunately, I had to get the car towed home. I started the car yesterday and it runs fine, but the problem was that I put it in gear and the car won't move and i don't hear no grinding. I know the throw out bearing is in need of replacing after that incident. The speedo does move, but nothing from the wheel or the car itself. I could go through all the gears fine, but nothing really. I am clueless on what to do, but pull the transmission out and find out what was went wrong with it and replace it. Any suggestions? Thank you in advanced!

Speedometer going up when you try to move means that the clutch and transmission gears are turning, but there is a problem with one of the axles.
Check for:
* Axle disengaged from transmission
* Broken axle
* Broken CV joint
etc.
