Best oil?

What's the best oil to put in to 2002 accord v6 150k miles

Mobil1 Full Synthetic and Mobil1 Filter, grade is dependent on your climate conditions. When it gets hot around here I change from 5W-30 to 10W-40 for better heat protection.

Mobile 1 has some new 20k oil and oil filter combo that I just threw in. I'm gonna let it go to the 15k and then send a sample to Blackstone labs to analyze it.

If you got no leaks I would run fully synthetic but if you got leaks it's best to use the high mileage to help slow the leaks til you get them fixed.
