Default Car flooded need help cleaning out ECU

Not much corrosion on this end but if there was I already know to use some electrical cleaner that'll take it right off
Car got flooded and the computer got a little water in it, there doesn't seem to be that much corrosion but a little tiny part inside the ECU seems rusted and I'm going to be using alcohol to clean it out, any more ideas on better methods of cleaning out the ECU, there isn't THAT much rust, so it seems salvagable

That ECU, and probably the entire car, are compromised at this point. Honestly, I would look at what insurance will give you, because the problems are just beginning.
