95 accord won't crank or start
My car got hot wired, but they didn't take it since I disconnect my battery every time I turn my car off bc the fans stay on when the car is off. They popped out the ignition switch but I ended up getting the whole ignition cylinder. I installed the part and turned the key. I heard the ding of my key in it and the lights on the dash turned on but when I turn the key to turn the car on it doesn't crank or click. Nothing happens. They also ripped off a strap with wires inside of it that's located at the bottom of the steering wheel behind it. Idk what that cable is. I don't know what they did so my car doesn't even crank with the replaced part. Please help!!

yes! In the first link I bought the second one. The dx one, but my car is lx. Do you know if that matters? I replaced the whole cylinder and replaced it, but there's still no crank or click.
it appears the wire harness portion of the assembly from the ex/lx is different from the dx

if nothing else was damaged I would first check all fuses in the driver side kick panel and the engine bay for continuity to be sure nothing is blown....if nothing is blown I would find an lx model of a 95 accord at the junkyard and just pull the wire harness....if you look at the site and cross reference from 94-96-97 and find any and all are the same then you have more options to pull from at the junkyard
