I'm considering using a k24 to power a custom RWD project I'm building. I have access to a complete crv automatic for a donor. If I pull complete motor/harness/ecu for this project what all would the ecu need to be able to run? Would I need the ignition so Id retain the key and all that jazz? Also, I will not be running the auto trans. It'll most likely be a chevy trans of some sort. Would I need an ecu out of a manual, or just go with hondata and turn it off?
