Default Re: cant find obd connector

The 1993 model is not OBDII compatible, which was required starting with the 1996 model year. Instead it has a so called OBD1 system. Above the ECU you should find two small plugs that aren't plugged into anything. The one with two wires is used for checking codes. Put a jumper wire in it to connect the two wires then turn the key on and the codes (if any) will blink out on the check engine light. If there aren't any codes the CEL will stay lit constantly.
