Default water mixing with oil

2000 honda accord 2.3l ulev vtec
having problems with coolant mixing with the oil mostly in the valve cover, obviously first thing to do is change head gasket, and Ive done that, didnt take care of the problem. Change the head from a junk yard car, also sent to machine shop, pressure tested, surfaced, and new valve seals installed, along with another new head gasket, exhaust, and intake gaskets. could there be anything else other than a cracked block? also this is my first honda. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

What were your original compression test numbers ? What are the current compression test numbers ? Have you tried pressurizing the radiator and seeing if the block is leaking internally ? If there are no external cooling system leaks then there is likely a crack in the block.
