I have a 1996 Integra LS with a B18C JDM engine swapped in. The car has a cat and no Check engine light on. Is anyone familiar with NJ inspection? Will it go through? They don't put the sniffer in the tailpipe anymore. I think they just scan it to see if there is any codes stored in the computer.
