is there a way to tuck a ls/b20 vtec oil line
i want and b20 vtec but sad story i live in ca. i have a b16a i just spun the bearings on and i would like more power. i like the idea of a 2.0 b series i was just thinking if there is a way to make the oil line oem looking with some hardline, run an oil cooler inline (if it dosnt drop the pressure to low)and use that as an excuse, or some how tuck it just so i dont get my car crushed i want to daily it. any ideas.
Your best bet is to try for yourself. No one really compromises functionality for stealth in the name of "smog"/bar/ref
OR
Find a GSR block and put your ls crank in it, (removing the oil squirters).

Wait, they'll crush an LSV/B20V car in California? What the hell?
I knew they were **** about smog and go apeshit over public racing/displays, but didn't know they'd crush a car just for an engine swap...

Oh yeah, they do.. But from what I remember, that was from the consequences of illegal street racing in which the car was impounded due to a civil infraction. Not for failing smog/bar/ref.
this is vtec conversion for B20b by S90 (a malaysian company), S90 sell them as a resleeved block with option of this vtec conversion. i personally did 2 of these motors for my customers.
That is a neat piece... too bad someone here in the US doesn't make something similar. That would be stealthy too... it would take a really sharp EYE at the BAR office to catch that trick.
