Default Iacv gasket does not look right.

I have a turbo b18a1 car ran great then started to pop hesitate not idle and so on. It's a stock mani which is junk and I pulled off the iacv to find a strange looking gasket. Ive never seen this before and want to know if this could be my problem with my car. Thanks in advanced

Probably doesn't work because it's a blurry gasket.
The ones that aren't blurry work better.

IACV usually has an oring that is in the shape of the number '8'.
Looks like somebody didn't have that oring and make a quick garage fix.
